A fruit of discipleship is often an overwhelming desire to serve others.
At First Christian Church, we partner with local organizations, schools, and groups to most effectively serve others. We want to help you find your place to give back of your time and talent. These are some of our ministry partners:
Paluxy River Children’s Advocacy Center
We partner with this organization that provides a variety of services to children in our area.
Mission Granbury
We partner with Mission Granbury to support various services in our community, including the Ada Carey shelter for women and children.
Meals on Wheels of Hood County
A passionate group of members of FCC deliver food to seniors in our community.
Ruth’s Place Outreach Center
The Outreach Center arm of Ruth’s Place provides an after school literacy program, an food pantry, and other services to families in Oak Trail Shores. FCC is blessed to work with the Outreach Center to facilitate seasonal drives such a back to school shoe and backpack drives, Christmas coat drives, Pajama & Book Drives, and others.
