Join instructor Brenda Sewell for 45 minute classes in Tai Chi. Learn gentle movements, standing or sitting, for balance and range of motion.
There is no charge. Please do not wear open-toed shoes.
After the Tai Chi class there will be an optional 25 minutes of chair exercises offered as well.
